Lizna Husnani Puchta is the coordinator for the online website known as Special Needs Opportunity Window (or SNOW) project. She is also an occupational therapist and ADP authorizer for high tech visual aids specializing in assessing and prescribing assistive technology for individuals who are visually impaired/blind and have physical and/or cognitive impairment. Some of her presentations include: ‘Accommodating Visual Impairment at Home, School and Work,’ ‘The Right Tools for the Right Job: A Person-Environment-Occupational Approach to Reading Technologies’ and ‘Strategies and Technology for the Student with Low Vision.’ |
